This unit introduces students to the Ancestral Puebloan people and their relationship with the Mesa Verde natural environment.
Essential Question:
What do the structures of Mesa Verde reveal about the Pueblo People and their relationship with their environment and community? Why do people live where they do?
Learning Objectives:
Students will analyze primary and secondary sources to get a deeper understanding of the Puebloan peoples, culture, environment, and community.
