General Location

Nonstructure 114 is located in the northern portion of the site.

Specific Location

Nonstructure 114 is located north, and adjacent to, Structure 111.

Selection Criteria

Nonstructure 114 was used to investigate a possible extramural surface.

Use

Nonstructure 114 is an extramural work area, on the north side of Structure 111. This interpretation is based on the presence of flat-lying artifacts and rocks.

Abandonment

It seems that the north wall of Structure 111 collapsed on top of Nonstructure 114. As such, it seems that Nonstructure 114 was not open to the elements for a long duration.

Postabandonment Process

Natural forces (wind and water) contributed to the depostion of sediment on Nonstructure 114. Plowing and bulldozing activities affected the deposits as well.
