2.55-x-1-m unit judgmentally placed to determine if a masonry wall was present along the southern portion of the test unit.
Use
Nonstructure 9001 is an extramural surface from which two pits (Features 1 and 2) were excavated into undisturbed native sediment. The surface was most likely used in the Early Pueblo III period. This inference is based on Nonstructure 155 deposits located above the surface that date to the Early Pueblo III period.
Abandonment
Nonstructure 9001 was no longer used when Nonstructure 155 secondary refuse was deposited above the surface.

Nonstructure 155 refuse was deposited above Nonstructure 155.

Nonstructure 9001 was most likely used in the Early Pueblo III period.
