Construction
Wall was built on a natural bedrock ledge; the area behind the wall and ledge is flat and the area downslope is quite steep; Morrison formation materials, that may be spoil dirt from the construction of a nearby kiva (Structure 5), were used to fill in a concavity in the bedrock ledge; wall is uncoursed and was constructed using large, unshaped tabular stones, a fine-grained mortar, and a few chinking stones; see Masonry form for architectural details.
