The entire feature was excavated with a trowel and a spoon in a full cut. The fill was screened with a 1/4 inch screen.

Southeastern portion of 1-x-2-m unit 489.8N 504.2E.
Vertical location
Top of feature is at Surface 1, or approximately 97.77 m.

A round, basin-shaped hole was excavated from Surface 1 into cultural fill; the hole was not prepared in any way.
