General description
Round posthole.
Use history
It is unclear if the post was part of a larger structure or if the post was placed to aid in the masonry construction of Structure 140.

Excavation procedure
The entire posthole was excavated with a trowel and spoon in a full cut. Sediment recovered from the posthole was screened with a 1/4 inch screen.
Portion excavated
The entire posthole was excavated.
Horizontal location
Located in the southwestern portion of the 1-x-2-m unit.
Vertical location
Top of feature was at Surface 1, or approximately 97.15 m.
Construction
A round, cylindrical hole was excavated from Surface 1 into undisturbed native sediments. A wood post was then placed vertically in the hole.
