General description
Basin-shaped pit excavated from Surface 1 into undisturbed native sediment.
Use history
Function of the pit is unknown due to the lack of internal characteristics; secondary refuse (Nonstructure 201) was deposited into the pit after it was no longer used for its original purpose.

Excavation procedure
All of feature within 1-x-1 m unit 414N 569E was excavated as Segment 1 in 10 cm levels with a trowel. Fill was screened with a 1/4 inch screen.

Horizontal location
In northwestern portion of 1-x-1 m unit 414N 569E.
Vertical location
94.34 m to 94.11 m.
