General description
Intrusive, slab-lined pit resting on the floor of Structure 1315.
Use history
After Structure 1315 roof had been burned and collapsed, pit was excavated through roof collapse, exposing portion of original structure floor creating base of feature; edges were lined with outward sloping sandstone slabs, then fill was replaced within pit; no direct indications of function, but similar constructions within structures, though not entirely consistent with this context, serve as burial pits.
