Northeast quarter of the site.
Located in the west-central portion of Block 300; the south portion of this unit is over the north portion of Structure 313.

Selection Criteria

Judgmental. This unit was selected to test Structure 313 and the surrounding area.

Excavation Strategy

Strata subdivided into arbitrary levels. Within Structure 313, strata were subdivided into arbitrary 25-cm levels.

Unit Ends at

Structure floor. In the south portion of the unit, excavation ended on the Structure 313 floor at an elevation of approximately 99.58 m. In the north portion of the unit, excavation ended on the prehistoric ground surface (Nonstructure 329) at an elevation of approximatel
