Upper fill of 1-x-1-m 306N 506E (EU 5); above Nonstructure 5.2-N.

Part of Nonstructure 5-N testing; see Nonstructure 5-N and associated EU for description and explanation of testing strategy.
Use
Refuse could have originated from the kiva units north of this study unit, and the nearby towers resting on top of boulders.

Dating of Midden
Based on pottery data, this refuse was deposited in late Pueblo II and Pueblo III times. Based on stratigraphic position, refuse accumulated after another cultural deposit (Nonstructure 5.2-N) accumulated.
