Dating of Midden
Based on pottery data, this refuse was deposited in Pueblo III times. The most predominant formal type is McElmo Black-on-white. Based on stratigraphic position, this is the latest midden deposit in 1-x-1-m 320N 482E and postdates two other midden deposits (Nonstructures 5.6-N and 5.8-N) and two construction deposits (Nonstructures 5.5-N and 5.7-N).
