Selection Criteria
1-x-2-m unit judgmentally placed to test Structure 112; the upper lining wall and upper bench (Structure 112, Feature 5) were exposed in this unit. Nonstructure 131 is construction fill mixed with secondary refuse below Structure 112, Feature 5, Surface 1.
Use
Nonstructure 131 refuse was deposited as construction fill (below Structure 112, Feature 5 bench surface) in the Late Pueblo II period.
Abandonment
Nonstructure 131 refuse was sealed by Structure 112, Feature 5 (bench surface) at approximately A.D. 1100.
Postabandonment Process
Not applicable.
Dating of Midden
Nonstructure 131 refuse was deposited as construction fill in the Late Pueblo II period.

Selection Criteria
Judgmental. 1-x-2-m unit judgmentally placed to expose the masonry on Structure 126, the enclosing wall of Structure 112.
Excavation Strategy
Strata subdivided into arbitrary levels. Excavated in 10 cm levels.
Unit Ends at
Fill continued. Excavation ceased at 98.95 m when the upper lining wall of Structure 112 was exposed. Fill continued into Structure 112 on the eastern portion of Excavation Unit 286.
