2-x-2-m unit judgmentally placed to test Structure 117; Nonstructure 132 deposits were located above Structure 117 roof sediments.
Use
Nonstructure 132 refuse was deposited into Structure 117 by nearby residents in the Early Pueblo III period.
Abandonment
Nonstructure 132 refuse was no longer deposited in Structure 117 after the Early Pueblo III period.
Postabandonment Process
Natural wind and water sediments covered Nonstructure 132 deposits.
Dating of Midden
Nonstructure 132 refuse was deposited into Structure 117 by nearby residents in the Early Pueblo III period.

Judgmental. 2-x-2-m unit placed to test a possible pit structure.
Excavation Strategy
Strata subdivided into arbitrary levels. Excavated in 20 cm levels. Unit was reduced to two .50-x-.50-m units and one 1-x-2-m unit at approximately 96.72 m (see PD 1240) and the 1-x-2-m unit was excavated to the structure floor.
Unit Ends at
Structure floor. Fill continued below Nonstructure 132 into Structure 117. Excavation ended at Surface 1, or approximately 96.09 m.
