Nonstructure 151, midden
About this Nonstructure
General Location
Central portion of site.
Specific Location
East-central portion of Architectural Block 100; above Structure 150; 490N 545E; 490N 547E; 492N 545E; 492N 547E.
Selection Criteria
2-x-2-m unit (Excavation Unit 342) judgmentally placed to test an electrical resistance anomaly. The anomaly signature was produced by Structure 150 and Nonstructure 151. Three additional Excavation Unit's were add to expand the 2-x-2-m unit: Excavation Unit's 414, 413, and 427.
Use
Nonstructure 151 was deposited in Structure 150 during the Early Pueblo III period by nearby residents living in Structures 116 and 117.
Abandonment
Nonstructure 151 refuse was no longer deposited after the Early Pueblo III period.
Postabandonment Process
Natural wind and water sediments covered Nonstructure 151.
