2.55-x-1-m unit judgmentally placed to determine if a masonry wall was present along the southern portion of the test unit.
Use
Nonstructure 155 refuse was deposited in the Early Pueblo III period. This inference is based on pottery from the fill which is 12:10:1 Mancos, McElmo, and Mesa Verde Black-on-white, respectively.
Abandonment
Nonstructure 155 refuse was no longer deposited after the Early Pueblo III period.
Postabandonment Process
Structures 146 and 173 were constructed on Nonstructure 155 deposits.
Dating of Midden
Nonstructure 155 secondary refuse was deposited in the Early Pueblo III period.
