Selection Criteria

1-x-2-m unit placed to expose the masonry of the north wall of the great house.

Use

Nonstructure 9024 was most likely deposited in the Late Pueblo II or Early Pueblo III period. It is unclear if Nonstructure 9024 refuse was deposited intentionally for the construction of the north exterior wall of Structure 126 or if the refuse accumulated south of residential architecture.

Abandonment

Nonstructure 9024 refuse was no longer deposited by the Early Pueblo III period when Structure 126 was constructed.

Postabandonment Process

Structure 126 was constructed above Nonstructure 9024 in the Early Pueblo III period.

Dating of Midden

Nonstructure 9024 refuse was deposited above Structure 137 in the Late Pueblo II and Early Pueblo III period.
