Craig Childs is a storyteller and writer and he has published more than a dozen books of adventure, wilderness, and science. His writing has appeared in The Atlantic, Outside, The New York Times, High Country News, and he is a contributing editor to Adventure Journal. Originally from Arizona, Childs currently lives off grid with his wife in southwest Colorado.
