The function of the pit is unknown due to a lack of internal characteristics; the pit was probably used for storage.

This feature was not detected until the south profile wall was cleaned. This feature was excavated with Provenience Designation 2054 in Excavation Unit 409.
Portion excavated
An unknown portion of the northern portion of this feature was excavated.
Horizontal location
In the southern profile wall of 1-x-2-m unit 493.1N 492.6E.
Vertical location
Top of feature is Nonstructure 171 Surface 1 or 97.77 m.

A round, bell-shaped pit was excavated from Nonstructure 171 into Nonstructure 193 deposits.
