General description
Small concentration of human bones; many are fragmentary.
Use history
Original mortuary context uknown. Excavator inferred that these human bones, originally in PD 382, were disturbed during recent pothunting in this midden. Odd for these fragmentary human remains (that represent a minimum of four people) to be mostly clustered this way, however.

Excavation procedure
Most bones were exposed, point-located, and collected, except for the ones protruding from the profile face; these were left in situ and analyzed in situ.Two groups of bones were not point-located or mapped--FS 54 and 61.

Only the portion in this 1 x 1 excavation unit.
Horizontal location
Most bones are in the southeast corner of the 1 x 1 excavation unit; unit is south of the roomblock in Architectural Block 400.
Vertical location
Within Stratum 3 of the Nonstructure 401 midden.
